PURPOSE: A loading apparatus of a cargo ship for rolling control is provided to lade and unlade a ship with cargo stably regardless of the rolling of a cargo ship at anchor. CONSTITUTION: A loading apparatus of a cargo ship for rolling control comprises a housing(20) provided between partition walls(10) to house plural cargoes(C) and provided with support shafts(60) coupled to the partition wall to be rotatable, a hydraulics brake(50) mounted to the end of the support shaft and fixed to the partition wall, and a hydraulics damper(40) having one side hinged to a deck(30) and the other side hinged to the lower part of the housing.
