PURPOSE: A refillable hair dyeing device is provided to enable a user to conveniently dye hair while combing hair by discharging oxidizer and dyeing material through comb teeth. CONSTITUTION: A refillable hair dyeing device comprises: a presser portion(100) which is equipped with dyeing material and oxidizer contained in a tube type container and squeezes out the dyeing material and oxidizer; a button portion(200) for pressing out the oxidizer and dyeing material or stopping the exhaustion of the oxidizer and dyeing material; and a hair treating portion(300) which discharges the oxidizer and dyeing material to the comb teeth through comb teeth. The presser portion includes a cylindrical case, a ball, and a grip.
