APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING HYDROGEN GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of producing hydrogen without discharging carbon dioxide substantially, and producing hydrogen at a low cost by reducing power consumption sharply.

SOLUTION: This apparatus 10 for producing hydrogen gas is equipped with: a moisture-carbon mixed liquid-producing unit 1 that produces the moisture-carbon mixed liquid by mixing a moisture-containing liquid with a powdery carbon-containing product; and a hydrogen gas-producing unit 2 that generates a hydrogen gas by heating the moisture-carbon mixed liquid produced in the unit 1 to evaporate and react thereof.
