<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for power generation generating hydrogen gas by having water vapor react with non-fluid hydrogen generating substance, and sending the generated hydrogen gas to a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The system adjusts water vapor from a water vapor generator 12 containing a chamber at least partially filled with water vapor by a porous plug 24, sends it to a hydrogen gas generator 14 filled with non-fluid hydrogen generating substance generating hydrogen gas through reaction with water vapor, and supplies the hydrogen generated at the hydrogen gas generator 14 to a fuel cell 16.
