摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a pile sorting plan for deriving a strict optimized solution within a demanded allowable time without depending on a heuristic solution nor dividing objects with respect to a pile sorting problem demanded to satisfy a constraint condition regarding piling and optionally adjust the balance between an index maximizing a pile height and an index minimizing the number of conveyance times even when the number of objective conveyance lots (=elements) exceeds about 30. <P>SOLUTION: This invention provides a technology for optimizing pile sorting by setting an objective function with the index maximizing the pile height and the index minimizing the number of conveyance times and returning it to a mathematical planning problem satisfying the constraint condition regarding the piling and conveyance when pile sorting for sorting a plurality of steel products into a plurality of delivery piles is determined based on steel product information on the plurality of steel products becoming objects of creation of the delivery piles, and an instruction of conveyance work is issued to conveyance equipment to perform piling based on the pile sorting and a yard condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
