PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device which prevents a band from being poorly wound up by a winding shaft, while reducing the size of the device on the whole and simplifying control. SOLUTION: This winding device 17 includes the winding shaft 32 capable of winding up a band-shaped release sheet RL, a motor M2 for rotating the winding shaft 32, a tension imparting means 34 having a displacement body 37 which is displaced when a tension is applied to the release sheet RL before the release sheet is wound up by the winding shaft 32, a sensor 35 for detecting the displacement body 37, and a control means 36 for controlling the motor M2, the sensor 35, and the like. The control means 36 controls the motor M2 by obtaining the rotational speed and/or the rotational torque of the winding shaft 32 driven by the motor M2 during the next intermittent winding based on the displacement time of the displacement body 37 in one intermittent winding immediately before the control.
