PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacity type switch inspection device capable of uniformly inspecting while setting an electrostatic capacity type switch at suitable sensitivity. SOLUTION: The electrostatic capacity type switch inspection device 1 for inspecting an inspected object 100 having the electrostatic capacity type switch includes an inspection mechanism 10 for making the electrostatic capacity type switch at an On state and an OFF state, an interface section 30 for controlling the inspection mechanism 10, and a determination section 40 for determining whether or not the electrostatic capacity type switch is a good one by comparing a delta value calculated on the basis of a difference between electrostatic capacity at the OFF state and electrostatic capacity at the ON state in the electrostatic capacity type switch with a pre-established threshold.
