PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air disinfecting apparatus which permits scale contained in electrolysis water to be simply known before it adheres to an air-liquid contact member. SOLUTION: The air disinfecting apparatus includes a mechanism feeding air in a room to the air-liquid contact member into which electrolysis water obtained by electrolyzing water containing chlorine ions is dropped or infiltrated and diffusing air brought into contact with the electrolysis water into the room, and conductivity detection means to detect the conductivity of the electrolysis water, and decides on conditions for obtaining electrolysis water of a prescribed concentration by electrolyzing the electrolysis water on the basis of the conductivity detected by the conductivity detection means and carries out the electrolyzation of the electrolysis water on the basis of the conditions.
