PURPOSE: A laminated wood flooring with wood veneer and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain the outward appearance having the same thickness as the existing wood flooring and to minimize a burst in the surface of wood veneer. CONSTITUTION: A laminated wood flooring with wood veneer(100) contains: a surface layer(110) including plural wood veneers(111) and a resin impregnated sheet(112) arranged among the wood veneers; an adhesive layer(120) formed on the lower part of the surface layer and the upper part of a veneer board to function as adhesives for attaching a surface layer and a veneer board; and a veneer board(130) arranged on the lower part of the adhesive layer and attached with the lower part by the adhesive layer.
