<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the incapability of adjusting restraint force according to an occupant's physical size or conditions due to a predetermined and fixed base cloth panel while softly receiving the occupant with the base cloth panel in an air-bag of conventional art, and the incapability of more suitable adjustment in some situations while the inner pressure of right and left halves of the air-bag becomes a predetermined pressure in a predetermined positional relationship with the base cloth panel. <P>SOLUTION: The interior of the air-bag 100 is divided into a plurality of air chambers 2, 3. The air-bag 100 includes: a first panel part 30 which forms a side wall part 3W of the air chamber 3; and a second panel part 20 which forms a side wall part 2W of the other air chamber 2 adjacent to the air chamber 3, and a partition wall 2X having a predetermined width.
