<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing conductive resin tube and an apparatus for producing conductive resin tube, which can produce a conductive resin tube in which the plasma treatment to the outer circumferential surface is reduced, and to provide a method of producing a roller using the conductive resin tube. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the method of producing conductive resin tube and the apparatus for producing conductive resin tube, wherein a conductive resin tube precursor is used as a first electrode and the electrode arranged inside the conductive resin tube precursor is used as a second electrode, and a voltage is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode to generate plasma of a gas, and the inner circumferential surface of the conductive resin tube precursor is continuously treated with the plasma.
