PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closest-to-pin measurer quickly measuring and making determination on the green in a condition where everyone can consent and allowing a player to acquire the deep emotion and admiration of getting the closest to the pin on the spot. SOLUTION: This closest-to-pin measurer is configured to insert one end of a strap from a hole provided on a part of a case and fix the insertion end to a reel provided in the case, and has a hook to be hooked to a base section of a pin flag erected in a hole of the green, at the outer end of the strap. The hook is hooked to the base section of the flag pin to extend the strap from the case and measure a ball on the green, after defining the measure point on the strap by picking it with hand fingers, the strap is horizontally moved aiming at the other ball on the green to detect whether the other ball lies anterior or posterior to the clarified point, thus measuring which is the closest to the pin.
