PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a plurality of viruses, in particular, a plurality of viruses associated with respiratory infections can simultaneously be detected, to provide a primer set therefor, and to provide a kit for the same. SOLUTION: A conventional multiplex PCR is considerably improved to improve specificity, and interaction between the primers is considerably reduced. Furthermore, the plurality of viruses can simultaneously be detected with high sensitivity by devising a combination of primer sets integrated into the multiplex PCR. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
