PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem on degradation of the shape from the target shape due to spring back, after reflare punch rises since a material of a part configuring a fin collar does not reach a plastic range, and restriction from an inner face is released. SOLUTION: This fin collar molding die device includes: the reflare punch 2 fixed to a slide of a press machine, and restraining an inner peripheral face of a cylindrical section 1a forming the fin collar disposed on a fin 1 as a workpiece fixed to a fixing section of the press machine; a pressing member 3 having a plurality of claws 3c divisionally disposed in a state of surrounding the circumference of the reflare punch, provided with pressing sections 3b in a projecting manner for pressing an outer peripheral face of the cylindrical section to an inner side in the radial direction, and radially movable forward and backward; and a pressing member moving mechanism 4 for moving the claws of the pressing member in the direction of the central section of the cylindrical section when the reflare punch is inserted into the cylindrical section.
