PURPOSE: A rotary locker for a commercial bus is provided to efficiently lock and unlock sliding glass by fastening male and female lockers even if the lockers rotate or slope. CONSTITUTION: A rotary locker for a commercial bus comprises a female locker and a male locker(200). The female locker comprises a cover base(110), a slider(120), tongs(130) and a guide roller(140). The slider linearly moves in the cover base. The slider is fixed to the inside of the cover base. A pair of arms(131) of the tongs are coupled to the slider by hinge. The arms are opened outside the cover base. The guide roller makes the arms close inside the cover base. The fastening part(210) of the male locker is clamped by the tongs.
