PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator surely supporting and fixing a shape memory alloy wire on holding terminals, and to provide a driving module, a method of manufacturing the actuator, a method of manufacturing the driving module, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The actuator includes a driven body, a supporting body supporting the driven body, and driving means moving the driven body along the supporting body in a predetermined direction. The driving means is provided with: the shape memory alloy wire 10 engaged with an engaging portion of the driven body, and contracted by the generated heat when applied with current, thereby moving the driven body; the holding terminals 15A, 15B holding both ends of the shape memory alloy wire. Simultaneously, each of the holding terminals is formed with an irregular-shaped caulking trace 62 on a holding portion 15b, where the shape memory alloy wire is supported and fixed on the holding terminal, in the actuator supported and fixed on the supporting body.
