PURPOSE: An airbag cushion assembly for a seat next to a driver's seat is provided to prevent the spreading delay of an airbag cushion by making gas supplied by an inflator flow smoothly by a tether unit. CONSTITUTION: An airbag cushion assembly(1) for a seat next to a driver's seat comprises an airbag cushion(10), a main panel(11), a retainer(20) and a tether unit(30). The main panel is located in front of the airbag cushion. The retainer is arranged between an inflator and the airbag cushion. The retainer fixes the airbag cushion. The tether unit is formed in the airbag cushion and controls the shape of the cushion. The tether unit comprises a front tether(31) and a rear tether(32). The front tether is connected to the main panel through a plane. The rear tether is installed in the retainer and supports the front tether.
