PURPOSE: A room lamp for a vehicle comprising an ultra violet ray light emitting diode and indirect lighting and pattern lighting using the same are provided to reduce production costs by coating a pigment which is sensible to ultraviolet rays in the specific area of the indoor of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: In a room lamp for a vehicle comprising an ultra violet ray light emitting diode and indirect lighting and pattern lighting using the same, a plurality of ultraviolet light emitting diodes(2) are included in the edge of a vehicle room lamp. A light guide(3) is extended between a plurality of ultraviolet light emitting diodes. A heat radiation unit(4) releases the heat from the ultraviolet light emitting diode A bezel(5) comprises a plurality of light emitting diodes, a light guide, and the heat radiation unit. The bezel forms a certain gap from the head unit of the vehicle.
