<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand prediction device and a demand prediction method, capable of further accurately performing demand prediction. <P>SOLUTION: A demand prediction server 10 includes a call record DB1 which acquires estimated population information showing population estimated in a predetermined area; a prediction explanatory variable DB2 which acquires factor information that is a change factor of the population in the predetermined area; an attribute separation unit 3 which determines whether a user who requests providing of service is a new user; and a coefficient determination unit 4 which predicts the number of demands by regressively analyzing the estimated population information acquired by the call record DB1, the factor information acquired by the prediction explanatory variable DB2, and the determination result by the attribute separation unit 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
