<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel circuit, and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display using the pixel circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The pixel circuit includes an OLED; a storage capacitor C<SB>st</SB>whose one side terminal is connected to a first power source and the other side terminal is connected to a first node; a third transistor T3 whose gate electrode is connected to a first scanning line, first electrode is connected to the first node, and second electrode is connected to an anode electrode of the OLED; a second transistor T2 whose gate electrode is connected to the first scanning line, first electrode is connected to a data line, and second electrode is connected to a second node; a fourth transistor T4 whose gate electrode is connected to a light emission control line, first electrode is connected to the first node, and second electrode is connected to the second node; and a first transistor T1 whose gate electrode is connected to the first node, first electrode is connected to the second node, and second electrode is connected to the anode electrode of the OLED. The current transmitted to the OLED is controlled by adjusting the voltage of the first node through the control of the pulse width of the first scanning signal from the first scanning line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
