PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device for a vehicle capable of securing its strength, while reducing the weight of the whole seat back. SOLUTION: First reinforcing bead parts 14a and 15a of at least a substantially U shape in a front view formed substantially along its peripheral edge part, are arranged in panel frames 14 and 15 of the seat back 11, and first reinforcing frames 20 and 21 of at least a substantially U shape in a front view, are installed on the outer periphery substantially along the first reinforcing bead parts 14a and 15a in the panel frames 14 and 15.
