PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a reinforcing construction in a short time. SOLUTION: After a column wall body 21 is installed on both sides of the support part of a steel railway bridge 1, a precast concrete-make concrete board 20 is disposed on the upper ends of the pair of column wall bodies 21 so as to straddle the steel beams 11, 12 of the steel railway bridge 1 in the transverse direction, and the concrete board 20 and the column wall bodies 21 are joined to each other with connection bolts.
