PURPOSE: A conveyor apparatus having a cooling device is provided to prevent the damage of live fish caused by fierce movement by making live fish contact with the surface of a conveyor of low temperature to lead live fish at the paradoxical sleep state and minimizing the movement of live fish during the conveyance and successive work of live fish. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor apparatus having a cooling device contains a driving device, water tanks(310,320) submerging a portion of a conveyor belt in cooling water, a cooler(400) supplying cooling water to the water tanks, a controller controlling the cooler to control the temperature of cooling water and controlling the temperature of cooling water on the basis of the measured value of a temperature sensor, and a temperature sensor measuring the surface temperature of conveyor belts(110,200).
