PURPOSE: A grill rack for microwave oven, which can be utilized for various kinds of cooking is provided to reduce time and costs for manufacturing a plurality of racks by controlling the height of a rack according to the cooking method and time. CONSTITUTION: A grill rack for microwave oven comprises a support part(130), a first supporting part(110), a second supporting part(120), a first rotating part and a second rotating part(220). The support part supports food. The first supporting part supports one side of the support part. The second supporting part supports another side of the support part. The first supporting part comprises a first seating body. The second supporting part comprises a second seating body. The first rotating part combines one end of the first supporting part to the support part to rotate. The second rotating part combines one end of the second supporting part to the support part to rotate.
