BALL-POINT PEN HAVING A HEATING ELEMENT

PURPOSE: A ballpoint pen which has heating element is provided to take a note with ease by easily warming the frozen hands itself under the cold environment without having special equipment. CONSTITUTION: The ballpoint pen includes; a case(10) having empty space inside; a ballpoint pen lead(20), which makes to write by exhausting the ink filled inside in the amount of predetermined, which locates inside the case; a battery container(30) equipped in a part inside of the case; a heating element connected with the battery container and electric circuit, which is formed in the finger grip part of the case; a heater(40) consisted with the cover covering the heating element; and a switch(50) formed in the outer side surface of case, after opening and closing the electric circuit by forming the battery container and heating element in a part of the electric circuit interlinking.
