HAIR COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING ANTI-DANDRUFFMATERIALS

PURPOSE: A hair cosmetic composition containing Sanguisorba officinalis extract and Pinus densiflora leaf or ginkgo leaf extract is provided to suppress the activity of Pityrosporum ovale and to improve anti-dandruff activity. CONSTITUTION: A hair cosmetic composition for preventing and treating dandruff contains 0.01-10 weight% of Sanguisorba officinalis extract and Pinus densiflora leaf or ginkgo leaf extract as an active ingredient. The extracts are obtained by pulverizing the plants in a predetermined size; adding extraction solvent such as water, low alcohol of C1-5 or organic solvent; and extracting at 0-150 °C for 1-48 hours.
