摘要 <p>The method for producing a composite cast brake disk (10) for disk brakes of motor vehicles, comprises casting a ring-shaped component (12) made of high melting material in an irrecoverable mold and recasting radial claws (14) jutting towards interior, during casting a hub-shaped cast part (16) from low melting material in a permanent mold divided into two mold halves. The components are inserted into the lower mold halves of the permanent mold and are surrounded by mounting the upper mold half of the claws. The part plain of the permanent mold collapses with the part plane of the component. The method for producing a composite cast brake disk (10) for disk brakes of motor vehicles, comprises casting a ring-shaped component (12) made of high melting material in an irrecoverable mold and recasting radial claws (14) jutting towards interior, during casting a hub-shaped cast part (16) from low melting material in a permanent mold divided into two mold halves. The components are inserted into the lower mold halves of the permanent mold and are surrounded by mounting the upper mold half of the claws. The part plain of the permanent mold collapses with the part plane of the component lying in a rotation middle plane. Centering means are cast during casting the component at its side turned to the upper mold half and cooperate directly or indirectly with the parallel upper mold half of the permanent mold arranged to part plane, where three symmetrical guidance pins distributed as centering means over the circumference of the ring-shaped component is casted and cooperate with three centering slides displaceably arranged parallel to part plain of the permanent mold at a mounting plate. The centering slider has centering means that cooperates in the casting position with the upper mold half. Three circular-segment-shaped centering sliders form a cast circular ring in its cast position in which the mold half is guided with a corresponding cylinder section. The circular ring of the cast centering slider and the corresponding cylinder section of the upper mold half are equipped with pre-centering slant. The centering means are guided for centering the upper mold half so that during mounting the upper mold half, a centering is carried out before surrounding the claws of the component through the upper mold half. The floatably arranged mold half is guided on the centering sliders in its guidance line in circumference direction. The centering means is processed in end-processing of the composite part after casting the component. An independent claim is included for a device for producing a composite cast brake disk.</p>
