摘要 PURPOSE: Thermal conduction principle and device for an intercrossed structure having different thermal characteristics are provided to more reliably transfer thermal energy in an intercrossed structure by employing an interfacial thermal conductor as a heat transfer medium between a relay thermal conductor and a heat insulator. CONSTITUTION: A thermal conduction device for an intercrossed structure having different thermal characteristics comprises a relay thermal conductor(102) with superior heat transfer coefficient. One end or a side of the relay thermal conductor is connected to a first heat insulator(101), the other end or a part of the side of the relay thermal conductor is connected to an interface thermal conductor(103), and the other part of the relay thermal conductor is connected to a second heat insulator(104). The interface thermal conductor has higher heat capacity, more superior heat transfer coefficient to the second heat insulator, or more superior heat radiation coefficient to the second heat insulator compared to the relay thermal conductor.
