PURPOSE: A pose rotation apparatus and a medical treatment table including the same are provided to enable a user to simply change his/her pose according to the pose and location for medical examination. CONSTITUTION: A pose rotation apparatus comprises: a shaft disc(20) fixed in a post supporting a worktable; a caliper housing in which a pad contacting the shaft disc is formed; a cylinder(40) in which a through-hole facing the pad is formed; a piston(50) which is rotationally installed within the through-hole of the cylinder and presses the pad; a rotating unit rotating the piston; and a rotary power transmission unit offering torque to the rotating unit.
