PURPOSE: A fiber laser marking device and method are provided to mark a desired sign on a high-strength steel sheet at high speed using oxygen gas as well as fiber laser. CONSTITUTION: A fiber laser marking device comprises a controller(110) which sets marking parameters, a laser generator(120) which emits fiber laser through a fiber cable, a scanner(130) which reflects the laser beam emitted through the fiber cable to a designated location, a nozzle(160) which passes or transmits the laser beam reflected by the scanner and sprays auxiliary gas supplied from a supply unit, and a transfer table(170) in which the nozzle is installed and transferred to the scanning position of the scanner according to the control of the controller. |
