PURPOSE: A wired/wireless favorite interlinking system and method thereof are provided to upload second favorite information in a mobile terminal to a computer and to synchronize favorite information between a mobile terminal and a computer. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device(210) includes a computer(211) and a mobile terminal(212). The terminal stores favorite information. A relay server(220) stores state information for the connection of the terminal device. The relay server supplies state information to the terminal device. The relaying server relays connection between the mobile terminals.
