PURPOSE: A novel cell line in which spontaneously immortalization or tumorigenesis is induced is provided to be used as an in vitro model for screening anticancer agents. CONSTITUTION: A novel cell line in which spontaneously immortalization or tumorigenesis is induced is derived from primary normal human oral keratinocytes. The cell line is deposited by the number KCTC 11589BP or KCTC 11590BP. The cell line is squamous cells originated from epithelial cells. A method for screening an anticancer agent comprises: a step of treating an anticancer agent candidate material to the novel cell line; a step of measuring and comparing cell proliferation level between cells which are treated with the anticancer agent candidate material and control group cells; and a step of selecting anticancer agent having an activity of suppressing cell proliferation.
