PURPOSE: A medical herb composition for chicken boiled with astragalus membranaceus is provided to effectively remove the unique smell from raw ingredients by pre-processing the ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A medical herb composition for chicken boiled with astragalus membranaceus contains 30~70wt% of astragalus membranaceus, 5~15wt% of acanthopanax sessiliflorum, 2~5wt% of glycyrrhizae radix, 5~15wt% of kalopanax pictus, 15~20wt% of jujube, and 5~15wt% of dried shelled chestnuts. |
