摘要 PURPOSE: A hybrid column of a centrifugal concrete tube and a steel-frame reinforcing bar is provided to replace the superannuated H-beam column effectively by increasing compressive strength compared with the existing PHC pile. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid column of a centrifugal concrete tube and a steel-frame reinforcing bar is manufactured by the steps of: putting a reinforcing bar basket into a lower semi-cylindrical form and manufacturing two end circular steel plates having a center hole to be same as the diameter of a column, and then installing on two ends of the upper part and the lower part; welding a main bar(1) of the reinforcing bar basket to the end circular steel plate, and installing a panel zone having the same diameter as the diameter of a column to a position attached with a beam; welding a nut to a beam reinforcement fixing position on a steel tube piece of the panel zone; and inserting the reinforcing bar basket to the lower semi-cylindrical form and placing concrete, assembling an upper semi-cylindrical form on the remaining half and rotating a roller occurring centrifugal force at high speed, and then curing and dismantling.
