NOVEL HYBRID PROMOTER AND RECOMBINANT VECTOR WHICH INCLUDES THE PROMOTER

PURPOSE: A novel fusion promoter, a recombinant vector containing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the vector are provided to develop an antibody and DNA vaccine. CONSTITUTION: A fusion promoter comprises: CMV enhancer of sequence number 13; a beta-actin promoter of sequence number 9 or 10; TATA box of CMV promoter; and beta-actin intron of sequence number 12, which is operatively linked. A recombinant vector containing the fusion promoter contains ampicillin resistant gene, kanamycin resistant gene or chloramphenicol acetyl transferase gene antibiotics resistant gene. A method for preparing a target protein comprises: a culturing a host cell which is transformed by the recombinant vector including the fusion promoter; and a step of collecting the target protein from the host cells.
