A method for deciding enable or disable of a mobile communication service is provided to prevent a safety threatening element of a driver due to services which are provided to a wireless communication apparatus without any purpose. A service providing server extracts location information with regard to a wireless communication apparatus from a radio determination server(400), and extracts a location based service corresponding to current location information of the wireless communication apparatus(405). If the location based service is extracted(415), a location information extracting unit provides the extracted current location information to a speed detecting unit(420) and a speed detecting unit detects moving speed with regard to the wireless communication apparatus(425). If the moving speed is detected(435), the speed detecting unit provides the detected moving speed to a determination unit(440). The speed information corresponding to the moving speed of the wireless communication apparatus is extracted(445). Enable and/or disable of a location based service providing process are/is determined(450). |
