Disclosed is a crystalline salt comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable amine and the compound {4,6-bis(dimethylamino)-2-(4-(4-(tritluoromethyl)benzamido)benzyl)pyrimidin-5-yl} acetic acid (the compound of Formula (I), or a hydrate or solvate thereof. Also disclosed is the use of the salt to treat CRTH-2 mediated diseases.
