FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to first version of measurement of face sizes there is used set of calibrated plates and template. With its base surface - "foot" - the template is positioned on surface of an orifice, shaft or wall, while with its working surface it is positioned on a face. A set of calibrated plates is introduced into a gap between surface of a part and the template. There is measured summary thickness of the set of calibrated plates and there is calculated a linear dimension of the face as difference between height of the working part of the template and thickness of a package of gauge probes or calibrated plates. According to the second version for measurement of face sizes there is used the set of calibrated plates and the complex template positioned with its base surface -"foot"- on surface of an orifice, shaft or wall. A rotary working part is set off along a slot of the template to a stop into a support point. The working part is rotated to match it with surface of the face. It is fixed on the template with a clamp screw. A set of calibrated plates is inserted into a gap between surface of a part and the template. There is measured summary thickness of the set of calibrated plates and there is calculated size of the face as difference between height of the working part of the template and thickness of the set of plates. Angle of the face is determined by position of limb on the rotating working part relative to a mark on the template. ^ EFFECT: upgraded accuracy of measurement. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
