Used is medication Mebeverine, which is administered per os for one month after acute intestinal infection. Day dose of mebeverine constitutes for children from 3 to 4 years of age - 75 mg per day, for children from 4 to 8 years old - 150 mg per day, for children from 9 to 10 years - 300 mg per day, for children older than 10 years - 450 mg per day. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to normalise indices of bile bladder function and prevent possibilities of formation of its post-infection motility disorders. ^ 2 ex |
