PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-construction anchor placing device capable of placing a post-construction anchor without generating a sound and vibration while holding an anchor. SOLUTION: The post-construction anchor placing device is mounted to a hydraulic type tool. The post-construction anchor placing device includes a body having an extruding part operated by the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic type tool, an anchor holding part provided at a tip of the body to hold the anchor, and a rod having one end held by the extruding part and inserted into the anchor holding part and the other end projected from the anchor holding part by an operation of the extruding part.
