PURPOSE: A heat-exchange ventilating device for a window frame driven by sunlight is provided to save heating and cooling cost by performing general ventilation in the spring and fall and heat-exchange ventilation in the summer and winter. CONSTITUTION: A heat-exchange ventilating device for a window frame comprises a housing(110), a pair of separating plates(120), a heat exchange element(180), fans(150,151) and motors(150a,151a). An inner cover(130) and an outer cover(140) are respectively attached to the front and rear of the housing. The inner cover comprises intake holes(131,141) and the outer cover comprises discharge holes(132,142). The housing forms the window frame. The separating plate divides the inside of the housing into two parts and forms paths for outdoor air and indoor air. The heat exchange element is formed on the side of the housing, is supported by the separating plate and enables the heat exchange of the indoor and outdoor air.
