PURPOSE: A cover tape for transporting an electronic spare part is provided to easily form a thermoplastic resin layer on the cover tape by including a mask layer. CONSTITUTION: A cover tape for transporting an electronic spare part includes a base film(110), a thermoplastic resin layer(120), and a mask layer(130). The thermoplastic resin layer is formed on the front side of the base film. The mask film is formed on one region of the thermoplastic resin layer facing a carrier tape for mounting the electronic spare part.
