PURPOSE: A spinal implant sub screw and an insertion instrument thereof are provided to stably combine a support with a cap by including a support protrusion on the support of a head unit and a cap protrusion on a cap. CONSTITUTION: A heat unit(110) is connected to one side of a rod or connector. The head unit includes a support(112) combined with the upper side of a screw unit(120) and a cap(111) combined with the upper side of the support. The support includes a support guide(112a) for forming a path connected to the cap. The screw unit includes a thread on the outer surface thereof to be fixed to a long bone. A fixing unit(130) fixes the head unit to one side of the rod or connector.
