PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel shut-off valve capable of reducing the number of components and preventing excessive oil supply and outflow of fuel to outside by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The fuel shut-off valve 1 arranged on a top wall 50 of a fuel tank and communicating/shutting off inside of the fuel tank and a canister in accordance with liquid level fluctuation of fuel F includes: a casing 10 having a vapor port 14 on a top wall 10a thereof; a float valve 12 arranged within the casing so as to be liftable/lowerable and having a valve element 21 capable of closing the vapor port 14 and arranged on the upper side thereof; and through holes serving as an inflow/outflow port of the fuel F. As the through holes, large diameter holes 17 and small diameter holes 18 are formed. A valve 16 allowing only inflow of the fuel F is provided in the large diameter hole 17. Thus, the fuel F is made to flow into the casing 10 via the large diameter holes 17 and the small diameter holes 18, and the fuel F within the casing 10 is made to flow out only via the small diameter holes 18.
