PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic sheet easily installable between a body panel of a panel unit and a circuit board, and capable of effectively suppressing mixing of foreign matter in the panel unit in its installation. SOLUTION: This elastic sheet 30 has a body part 31, a first grip part 32A and a second grip part 32B. The body part 31 has a shape capable of laying on an obverse side surface of the circuit board 20. The first grip part 32A and the second grip part 32B project in the mutually different directions from the peripheral edge of the body part 31, and facilitate gripping of this elastic sheet 30 by fingers.
