PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens-driving device capable of grounding a cover member, arranged to cover an outer periphery side of a drive mechanism via a terminal and capable of size reduction. SOLUTION: The lens-driving device 1 includes: a movable body 2, which holds a lens and capable of moving in the optical axis direction of the lens; the drive mechanism driving the movable body 2 in the optical axis direction; the cover member 10 arranged to cover the outer periphery side of the drive mechanism; and the terminal 21 for making the cover member 10 ground. A cutout part 10f is formed at a cut-out portion side of the cover member 10. The terminal 21 includes an abutting part 21a abutting against the cover member 10; and the cut-out part 10f and the abutting part 21a are arranged so as to overlap in a Y-direction. The abutting part 21a is disposed at an inner side of the cover member 10. The cover member 10, and the abutting part 21a are welded at an end face of the cut-out part 10f.
