<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: in short-range wireless communication between a mobile apparatus and an MFP, a user prefers an easy-to-operate operation part of the MFP to a mobile device for operation; operation parts of an MFP and a mobile apparatus are made based on software specifications different for each company, so that operabilities are different from one another; in short-range wireless communication between an SFP having a small operation screen and a mobile apparatus, the user prefers the easy-to-operate mobile apparatus to the SFP for operation. <P>SOLUTION: A region for storing a program for operation panel control is provided on the MFP. When linked, the linkage and a request to approve whether a default UI or a common UI is used are displayed on the UIs. When the MFP selects and approves the common UI, whether a common UI program is included in a storage part on the MFP is confirmed, and the common UI program is transferred to the MFP when there is no common UI program. A Java (R) application or script of the UI is executed in a dedicated environment such as a Java (R) VM (Virtual Machine).
