PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the double floor structure of a building excelling in renovating property and variability, easily removing floor backing panels. SOLUTION: This double floor structure is constructed by erecting a plurality of support legs 2 at spaces on a floor base 1; laying frame plates 10, 11 between upper face plates 6 of the support legs 2 and placing the upper faces of the upper face plates 6 and frame plates 10, 11 to be continuous in grated shape in a plan view while adjusting the height level to form an installation part 18 for installing a partition wall 30; and fitting floor backing panels 20, 21 into square frames surrounded by the upper face plates 6 and the frame plates 10, 11.
