This device comprises a relay (4) that is associated to a first electric circuit (1) of the brake lights (11 ) of the vehicle, for its simultaneous actuation, this relay (4) having an intermittence apparatus (5) powered from the electrical system of the vehicle (2) at the output of its contacts (41), and this intermittence apparatus (5) being connected to the second electric circuit (3) of the rear fog lights (31) by means of a reverse current blocking diode (7) from said second electric circuit (3) so that in an operative position of the device, when pressing the braking pedal (22) the brake lights (11) are activated with a fixed light and the rear fog lights (31) are simultaneously activated with a certain intermittence.
