<p>A method and related device for displaying instant communication messages are disclosed, and the method comprises following steps: an instant communication tool is informed that a player is in a video full-screen playing status(101); when receives new messages, the instant communication tool sends the prompting information of the new messages to the player (102); the prompting information is displayed on a full-screen playing interface after received by the player (103), so that the user of the instant communication tool is prompted to execute the corresponding sending and receiving operations of messages in the full-screen playing status; according to the operations of the user, the player communicates with the instant communication tool for transmitting the instant communication messages, while the video playing is controlled based on the operations of the user and a preset playing policy(104). The sending and receiving of instant communication messages can be realized in the video full-screen playing status by employing the embodiments of the present application and the experience of the user is improved.</p> |
